This journey, combined with my work in Executive Coaching for banking institutions, senior executives, and established professionals, enables me to support and empower leaders through every challenge they face. Having managed teams 30 professionals and achieved high impact results with minimal resources through smart strategies, I have first-hand experience of the weight of decision-making at the top.
